Tipsy Baby Brand has a system in place to make returns or replacements simple
In the event that you receive your Tipsy Baby Sitting Mat and would like to return it or have it replaced for another mat, we have a process in place to make it fast and painless for you. If you have received your new Tipsy Baby Sitting Mat and are not satisfied, we will refund you or replace your mat within 30 days from date of purchase, however, your mat must not be used or washed and must be returned in its original packaging. We recommend removing your mat when you receive it and fully inspecting it for any damage or quality issues before using it with your child. To return your mat simply download the return form by clicking the button below, complete the form and include it in it's original box with the mat. Ship your mat and return form to the address provided at the bottom of the return form. When we receive your returned order we will issue you a full refund or replacement pending a visual inspection and approval of the item. At this time return shipping must be paid for by the customer, however, if you choose to have your item replaced for another of the same item we will ship the new item to the customer free of charge. We are working towards providing paid shipping for our unsatisfied customers both to and from in the future.
